went to vivocity liao.... there is not a lot of visible retail
space.... i think a lot are hidden inside the cinemas. 
it's only 3 storeys + 2 basements, with level 3 being an open space
with an amphitheatre.... views not bad though....
tats bout it. a bit of a disappointment.
